Engineer

Responsibilities

You will develop and operate web-based and core business systems. From listening to clients' challenges through requirements definition, design, development, testing and operations, you will be involved in every phase of system development.

  • Web application development
  • Core business system development and maintenance
  • System design and architecture

  • Cloud infrastructure setup and operations

Who We Are Looking For

What we welcome
  • A strong interest in IT and eagerness to learn
  • An interest in programming (any language)
  • A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies

  • A desire to help solve clients' challenges
Nice to have
  • Some programming experience (self-taught or hobby projects are fine)
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of databases
  • A degree or certification in computer science or IT

Working Conditions

Employment type Full-time employee
Working hours 9:00–17:30 (1-hour break)
Holidays and leave Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays
Year-end and New Year holidays, paid leave, special leave for family events
Location Various locations in Tokyo (remote work available depending on the project)
Salary Determined based on experience and skills
* 3-month probation period (same conditions)
Raises and bonuses Salary review once a year, bonuses twice a year (based on performance)

Q. Can I apply without prior experience?
A. Yes. If you are interested in IT and motivated to learn, experience is not required. After joining, senior staff will support you as you build skills through hands-on work.
Q. Is remote work possible?
A. Remote work is available depending on the project. However, you may need to work on site right after joining or depending on project circumstances.
Q. What technologies can I learn?
A. Through our projects you will work with a broad range of technologies, including web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP, etc.), databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and serverless architectures.
Q. Is there support for obtaining certifications?
A. Yes. We subsidize exam fees for work-related certifications and actively support your skill development.
Q. Is there a dress code?
A. Business casual is the norm. When visiting clients, we ask that you dress appropriately for the occasion.
